Night alley scene – Started on Grok → ZIT I2I → Illustrious inpainting → Affinity postwork (Full Workflow)

Wanted to share the full workflow for this night alley scene since I've been working on this process for a while now. I used to use blender to compose the base image, but I've found Grok to be a much better approach.

Workflow:

1. Base Generation (Grok) Started with a basic generation on Grok. Focused mainly on getting the overall composition, character placement, and general poses right. Kept the prompt relatively simple at this stage.
2. Upscaling + Major Refinements (ZIT – I2I) Ran the image through ZIT using img2img. This step was used to:
   • Upscale the image
   • Add and refine the outfit
   • Improve the male characters’ poses
   • Introduce and rough in the vibrator
3. Detailed Inpainting (Illustrious) Used Illustrious specifically for targeted inpainting. Focused on refining smaller but important details like nipples and vagina texture.
4. Complex Compositing (ZIT again) Went back into ZIT for another round of img2img, mainly to composite the more difficult clothing elements (especially the panties pulled down around her ankles).
5. Final Polish (Affinity) Did the final touches in Affinity Photo:
   • Color grading
   • Added subtle motion blur
   • Cropping and minor cleanup

The biggest challenge was making the vibrator and pulled-down panties feel properly integrated with the lighting and body. Going back and forth between ZIT and Illustrious helped, but it still needed manual work in Affinity at the end.

Curious how other people handle complex clothing compositing and genital integration when mixing multiple tools. Any tips?
