Help

Why am I getting this horrible shadowing on my videos? I have steps on 35+ for a 7 second video, prompts are saying keep the character and lighting looking the same etc. Cfg scale is 14 and flow is 4 and res is 720p…. is it down to my settings or just a bad lora? I'm pretty new to this but this happens often to me..
