Make the women seem otherworldly and almost angelic, but with much more sexual energy than an angel, more like a nymph, like they are followers of the figure posing and they worship him as a god but he cannot see them or sense them so it goes without any interruption as to his actions and pose but they fit perfectly into the scene hanging all over him.
